Live in Loja wasn't created as a traditional real estate company.
It grew naturally after years of helping international visitors discover Loja and Southern Ecuador.
As more visitors fell in love with the region, many began asking the same questions:

We realized people weren't simply looking for properties.

Jonathan has spent nearly seven years helping international visitors discover Loja and Southern Ecuador.
His background in English and tourism allows him to bridge cultures and help clients understand not only where to live, but what everyday life is really like.
His experience includes relocation guidance, neighborhood orientation, bilingual assistance and helping expats navigate the transition to life in Southern Ecuador.

María Elizabeth Armijos
Certified Realtor | Property Management Specialist
Elizabeth is a licensed Realtor (ACBIR No. 259-L) with a Master's degree in Business Administration and a background in accounting and finance.
With more than sixteen years of experience managing residential and commercial properties, she specializes in property sales, rentals, condominium administration, contracts and real estate management throughout Loja.
Her financial and administrative experience brings structure, organization and confidence to every transaction.

Aurélie Parente
Certified Realtor | International Client Advisor
Originally from France, Aurélie has lived in several countries, including France, Latvia, Spain, Russia and Ecuador.
Having experienced relocation herself, she understands many of the questions and challenges international clients face when moving abroad.
She is fluent in French, English and Spanish, has previous experience in real estate in France, is a certified Realtor (ACBIR), and has also worked as a French language instructor from beginner to advanced levels.
Her international perspective helps clients feel understood while navigating the process of settling into life in Southern Ecuador.
